About Kim
Dr. Kim Singh has been a resident of Mason for the past 12 years. She is an awarded scholar, practitioner, proven leader, and valued community educator. Dr. Singh has spent her career predominantly in the public sector, most notably in her 16 years of service with local government serving individuals with developmental disabilities. In addition to maintaining a demanding leadership role at the county level, Dr. Singh serves individuals throughout the state of Ohio as a clinical mental health therapist. Dr. Singh earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in women’s studies from The Ohio State University. She later pursued her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Xavier University (Cincinnati, Ohio), and received her doctorate in education from The University of Dayton. Dr. Singh has been honored by organizations such as the National Board of Certified Counselors and the YWCA of Cincinnati for her work with disadvantaged communities. She is passionate about creating equity and access to services for all.
