About Kim
Service Driven, Community Focused
Dr. Kim Singh is a proud Mason resident, accomplished leader, and lifelong public servant.
Raised in a first-generation family, Kim saw her parents work tirelessly to provide for five children while still offering shelter and support to others. Their example shaped her dedication to community and inspired a career built on service.
She began working with seniors at 15 and has since devoted over 16 years to local government. Kim currently serves in a leadership role with the Warren County Board of Developmental Disabilities and previously worked with Hamilton County Developmental Disability Services. In addition, she supports people across Ohio as a licensed mental health therapist, specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy for individuals facing anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
Her education reflects her commitment to growth and leadership: a psychology degree from The Ohio State University, a master’s in clinical mental health counseling from Xavier University, and a doctorate in organizational leadership from the University of Dayton.
Recognized by organizations such as the National Board of Certified Counselors and the YWCA of Cincinnati, Kim has been honored for her work with disadvantaged communities.
Every step of her journey has been guided by the same principle: creating access, opportunity, and agency for all.
